Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Eligible Return Items
You may request a return or exchange for:
- Items that arrived defective or damaged
- Products that do not match their description or images
- Wrong items received
To start a return, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll provide you with the return instructions and address.
⚠️ Do not send any product back without prior confirmation from our team.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products showing signs of physical damage or misuse
- Items that have been disassembled or modified
- Opened software-integrated electronics (e.g., smart devices tied to an account)
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Orders past the 14-day return window
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days and issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared:
- Check your payment account or card statement.
- Contact your card provider—it may take a few days for posting.
- Then contact your bank if needed.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same product, send us a message at support@soloelectronix.com with your order details and product photos.
Shipping Returns
Before sending anything back, contact support@soloelectronix.com to confirm the correct return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
For valuable electronics, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
